Our goal is to provide the best dining and bar experience possible. At the Tavern we believe in customer service and consistency. Although Consistency doesn’t mean you will never have a problem, it means you can count on us whenever you do. We thank you for your business and your patronage
PLEASE READ THE THIS CAREFULLY FOR ANY ITEMS YOU MAY BE ALLERGIC TO; FOR CLARIFICATION ASK THE FLOOR MANAGER. ANY AND ALL RETURNED FOOD ITEMS ARE CHARGED 50% OF ORGINAL PRICE UNLESS WE HAVE MADE AN ERROR IN PREPERATON. WE DO NOT RETURN “WELL DONE” STEAKS OR SALMON. WE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS THAT WERE ALTERED UPON REQUEST. ALL DISHES ARE MADE FRESH PLEASE ALLOW 30-45 MINUTES PREPARATION TIME, AND 45-60 DURING LIVE MUSIC EVENTS. CERTAIN ORDERS MAY NOT COME OUT TOGETHER DEPENDING ON THE DISHES AND PARTY SIZE.
18% Gratuity included for all guests including those sitting at bar. 20% Gratuity for tables who have 5 or more guests. There is an additional cover charge for all guests who are not consuming food or alcohol beverages during live music events. All guest are invited to join us in the underground for our DJ, drinks and Small Bites menu. During live music events WE HAVE RESERVATIONS FOR (2) SHOWS there is a (2.5) hour time limit for all tables. We ask that you respect the next reservation seating. Please be sure to read menu carefully regarding char-grilled items. We do not return charred items that are cooked on an open flame. If you prefer pan seared, then please request it.
NO SUBSTITUTIONS ON MENU ITEMS – SERVER HAS TO CONSULT MANAGEMENT BEFORE ANY ITEMS CAN BE CHANGED, (ADDED OR REMOVED) FOR ANY REASON AS WE DO NOT CUSTOMIZE MEALS.
DRESS CODE
In an attempt to keep our establishment a pleasant and comfortable place for you and your family to dine, our dress code is referenced below. We take pride in our event atmosphere and ask all guests to adhere to a dress code. Anyone not adhering to the dress code will be refused entry and will not receive a refund. Management has the right to refuse entry to anyone they feel is dressed inappropriately. We ask that all patrons be decently and appropriately covered as we do cater to families and children. No clothing with expletive language or offensive artwork is allowed. No extreme odors of Marijuana allowed. Although we understand everyone’s need to express their individuality, we owe it to all our guests to have a fine dining experience. Our goal is to provide an mature adult atmosphere.
